I am excited to meet and work with you. I understand how hard it can be to create balance in our daily schedules and how much taking care of your health helps to make everything so much easier. I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge with you.
What to Expect
During our first session, I will gather information related to your current and past health conditions and may spend time evaluating your posture and range of motion in order to help me understand your needs and create a wellness plan for you.
During the massage, I will incorporate techniques such as Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point Therapy in order to support your healing process. I also use stretching and joint-mobilization techniques to help reduce unwanted muscle tension and increase range of motion.

Welcome! Massage is an effective way to achieve both physical and mental balance. Here's some useful information:

You can dress to your comfort level.

A sheet is used to modestly cover you at all times except for the area being massaged.

Oil or lotion assists in manipulating the soft tissues of the body to release muscle tension and adhesions.

Your helpful massage therapist is there to walk with you through the process so you can learn what you like or dislike about massage.
